Who we are

TorontoBlackLimousine.net is a black car and limousine service run from Toronto. We arrange chauffeured sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, stretch limousines and party buses for airport transfers, point-to-point travel, intercity trips and occasions across Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area, the rest of Ontario and Québec.

The site is built the way the work actually happens. A client rarely needs "a limo"; they need a car at a specific door at a specific time, and a driver who knows that door. So each city, airport, station and route has its own page, written around the pickup point: where a pre-arranged car is allowed to stop, how long the drive usually takes, what traffic does at rush hour, and when a train or the subway is honestly the better choice.

How we work

• One booker, fixed fares. Every reservation goes through the online booker, which prices the exact pickup, drop-off, date and vehicle and shows the all-in fare before you pay. There is no surge pricing and no marketplace taking a commission in the middle.
• Tracked pickups. Flights and trains are tracked, and pickup times move with the actual arrival. Free waiting after landing is 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic.
• Licensed and insured. Vehicles are commercially plated and insured and driven by licensed chauffeurs.
• Families welcome. Child, toddler and booster seats are fitted when requested at booking.
• English and French. Québec trips are served in both languages, and the main Québec pages are published in French.

Where we go

Toronto is home: downtown, the airports and the arenas. From there the service covers the GTA, Ontario from Windsor to Ottawa and north to Muskoka, and Québec from Montréal and Gatineau to Québec City and Charlevoix. Cross-border trips reach the Buffalo, Detroit and Plattsburgh airports. Our policies, in plain words

Cancellations made over 72 hours ahead are free. After that, counting back from the booked pickup, the fee is 10% inside 72 hours, 50% inside 48 hours and the whole fare inside 24 hours or for a no-show. The full conditions are in our terms.
