How do I book a limo or black car to Bisha Hotel Toronto?

Choose Pearson, Billy Bishop, Hamilton or an hourly booking in the TorontoBlackLimousine.net booker, enter 80 Blue Jays Way as the pickup or drop-off, and pick a vehicle. The booker shows one fixed fare for that exact address before you pay. Flight tracking is included on every airport pickup.

Bisha sits on Blue Jays Way in the Entertainment District, which is the part of downtown where a late dinner, a theatre curtain and a stadium crowd can all land on the same evening. A limo service Bisha Hotel Toronto guests can rely on has to understand that. Our Toronto dispatch plans the car around what is happening on King Street and at the stadium, not only around the address.

Two things make the booking simple. First, there is no phone tag: the online booker takes the flight number, the pickup time and the vehicle class, and returns a fixed fare that already accounts for the distance. Second, the car you reserve is a licensed, commercially insured vehicle with a licensed chauffeur, dispatched 24 hours a day. If your flight moves, the dispatcher sees it before you do.

This page is independent of the hotel. We are not affiliated with it and the hotel does not recommend us. We write it for travellers who have already chosen to stay at Bisha and want to know how the cars, the airports and the neighbourhood fit together.

The hotel today: BISHA, a Luxury Collection Hotel

Many people still search for "Bisha Hotel Toronto", and that is the name this page answers to, but the property has changed hands. Trade coverage reports that Sunray Group acquired it and that it was converted to a Luxury Collection hotel by Marriott, with the change taking effect on 1 March 2025; bookings now run through Marriott's platform (Stay Magazine report). The address is unchanged at 80 Blue Jays Way, Toronto, M5V 2G3, and the hotel is open.

The same coverage describes a small house of 96 rooms and suites with four dining and drinking venues: a rooftop restaurant on the 44th floor called KŌST, Akira Back, the Mister C bar room in the lobby and the French Made café. Tourism Toronto's listing for the hotel adds that the guest rooms were designed with Lenny Kravitz's studio, Kravitz Design (Destination Toronto listing).

Why this matters for a car booking: a small hotel on a short street does not have a deep forecourt. If you are travelling with a group, with golf bags or with a production case, say so at booking so the dispatcher can plan the stop.

Where the car meets you on Blue Jays Way

We do not publish a door or a lane for this hotel because the hotel does not publish one for private cars. What we can say is how the pickup works in practice.

  • Your confirmation names the chauffeur and the vehicle. The chauffeur messages you when the car is on its way.
  • The chauffeur confirms the exact door on the day, based on what the street is doing. Event nights and construction change where a car can stand.
  • Leave the lobby when the message arrives rather than ten minutes early. On a busy night a car that cannot stop will circle rather than block the lane.
  • If you are leaving for an airport, ask the front desk to bring your bags to the lobby at the booked time. The chauffeur loads them.

Valet and bell service remain the hotel's business. We do not coordinate with them on your behalf unless you tell us who to expect.

Airport transfers to and from Bisha

The figures below are road distances and free-flow drive times to the hotel. Rush hour adds time, and the right-hand column gives a realistic range for a weekday peak.

You see the exact fare for your address and vehicle before you confirm. If you want the airports compared against each other for the whole city, the airport limo Toronto page does that.

Pearson to Bisha: from arrivals to Blue Jays Way

Pearson is the airport most Bisha guests arrive through. The run is about 28 km and, with the road clear, takes about 26 minutes. On a weekday afternoon plan on 45 to 75 minutes, because the approach to the downtown core and the Gardiner Expressway slow together.

We track the flight number you give at booking. International arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, and domestic arrivals include 30, which covers the walk through customs and a late bag. A name-board meet-and-greet inside arrivals is available as an add-on if you would rather be met than texted; the details are on the meet-and-greet page. Terminal-by-terminal procedure is set out on the Pearson airport limo page.

Executive jet travellers can read the separate Pearson private aviation page, which covers business-aviation arrivals at the airport.

Billy Bishop to Bisha: the shortest transfer in the city

Billy Bishop is about 2 km from the hotel and, free-flow, about 5 minutes. Almost nobody needs a car for that distance on the way out, but arrivals are another matter, which is why it is worth knowing how the airport works.

The airport's address is 2 Eireann Quay, at the foot of Bathurst Street. Passengers cross to the island terminal either by the pedestrian tunnel or by ferry. The airport publishes the tunnel as 853 feet long with four moving walkways, and says the walk from the curb to check-in takes six minutes or less (tunnel details). That makes the mainland curb the natural meeting point. The airport also publishes its own rules for private vehicles: a brief stop at the curb outside the mainland pavilion and ferry terminal, with a five-minute limit for the complimentary spots in the turning circle, and a no-parking zone at the curb (pick-up and drop-off rules).

In practice your chauffeur is told when you are through the tunnel, so the car is at the mainland pavilion when you step out. The airport lists its hours as 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily, so very early and very late flights sit at the edge of that window; check your carrier. For the full airport guide, see Billy Bishop airport limo.

Hamilton to Bisha

Hamilton International (YHM) is about 84 km from the hotel, about 75 minutes with a clear road and closer to two hours in the worst weekday peak. It is the right airport if the flight, or the fare, makes it the right airport; it is a poor choice if you are time-pressed downtown. See the Hamilton airport limo page for how pickups work there. If you are weighing a Hamilton arrival against Pearson, ask yourself what the Burlington stretch of the QEW will do to your afternoon.

Hourly black car for a Bisha stay

The most useful way to use a car from a downtown hotel is by the hour, with a chauffeur who stays with you. Hourly chauffeur service works as a day-long plan: the car waits outside each stop and the route can change during the day.

Typical Bisha days look like this:

  1. Bay Street day. Three or four meetings between King and Dundas, with the car parked or circling between them. The distances are short; the point is that nobody hunts for a taxi in the rain.
  2. Yorkville and midtown. A lunch in Yorkville, then a call at a head office north of Bloor. It is roughly 6 km, about 15 to 25 minutes depending on the hour.
  3. 905 site visit. A morning in Mississauga or Markham with the car on standby, then back downtown. See Mississauga limo and Markham limo.
  4. A creative production day. Cast or clients moved between a hotel, a studio and a location, with the chauffeur arranging call times.

If you travel for the corporate calendar rather than the stage, the corporate car service page covers accounts and invoicing.

Show nights, game days and festival week on the doorstep

The reason many guests choose this part of town is the calendar. Within a few minutes of the hotel there are the King Street theatres, Scotiabank Arena at 40 Bay Street and the stadium district. The arena publishes that Union Station links it with the TTC and GO Transit, and it lists nearby public parking and its own event garage (Scotiabank Arena getting here). It does not publish a limousine drop-off point, so we plan drop-offs the way the city does: close, not on the arena's own forecourt.

What changes on an event night:

  • Closures. Streets around the venue fill early. Allow longer for the last 500 metres than for the first 20 km.
  • Pickup after. The biggest mistake is booking the return for the moment the doors open. Book it for 20 to 30 minutes after the event ends, and let the chauffeur pick the quietest stop.
  • Dress and timing. For a dinner then a show, the car holds at the restaurant, drops at the theatre and returns for the curtain-down.

During TIFF in September the neighbourhood is one of the busiest in the country. Our post on TIFF week transport goes through closures and timing, and the pre-show pattern is similar for theatre nights and for game nights at Scotiabank Arena. For a whole evening out, the night out limo page plans several stops.

Meetings and private dining at Bisha

The hotel's own event space is small and boutique. Tourism Toronto's listing shows two meeting rooms, with the largest at 2,400 square feet, along with a 43rd-floor Sky Suite listed at 2,300 square feet and a space called Mister C at 2,500 square feet (Destination Toronto listing). We cannot tell you how those rooms are configured; the hotel's events team can.

For a car booking, the point is the arrival pattern. A seated dinner for 30 arrives in waves. Five or six Executive Sedans or Luxury SUVs give you staggered arrivals, while a single Executive Sprinter moves a delegation at once, with space for 12 or more bags. Stretch limousines and party buses are available by the hour for celebrations; availability and the exact vehicle are confirmed at booking. If you are planning a wedding party from the hotel, the wedding limo page covers timelines.

Roadshows and day trips from Blue Jays Way

A downtown hotel is a launch pad. Three day trips come up often.

The travel desk can combine legs, for example Pearson, a Waterloo meeting and a return to the hotel in one booking.

Getting between the airport and Bisha: the honest comparison

Not every trip needs a chauffeur. This table sets out the real alternatives for a Pearson arrival.

OptionTime to Blue Jays WayCostBest for
UP Express to Union, then a short rideAbout 25–30 min on the train plus the last 1.5 kmLowestLight luggage, one traveller, no deadline
TTC bus and subwayLongest of the optionsLowestBudget travellers with time
Taxi from the airport rank26–75 minMeter plus surchargesOne-off use without an app
Rideshare26–75 minMeter-style plus surgeSpontaneous, low-stakes trips
Private chauffeur (this site)26–75 min door to doorFixed fare via bookerBags, groups, a meeting at the end, a client

UP Express is a good option and we say so: the operator's own page lists the trip at about 28 minutes between Pearson and Union, with a standard one-way fare of $12.35 as of 2026 (UP Express). Where the train is cheaper and quicker than the road, it is the better choice. A chauffeur wins when the group is larger, when the bags are heavy, or when the arrival is late or early. If you want the wider argument, read limo versus rideshare.

Choosing the vehicle

  • Executive Sedan. Up to 3 passengers, 2 large and 2 carry-on bags. The default for one or two travellers.
  • Luxury SUV. Up to 6 passengers, 5 to 6 large bags. The better choice for a family or a sports team's equipment.
  • Executive Sprinter. 12 to 14 passengers, 12 or more bags. For a delegation or a crew.
  • Stretch Limousine. 8 to 10 passengers, hourly. For celebrations.
  • Mini-coach or party bus. 20 to 30 passengers, hourly. For large groups.

Stretch limousines, party buses and coaches: availability and the exact vehicle are confirmed at booking. Read more about the vehicles on the fleet page. Child, toddler and booster seats are provided when requested at booking; see car seats.

Nearby hotels and areas we serve

If you are comparing downtown hotels, the neighbouring pages cover W Toronto, Le Germain Toronto and the full set on the hotels hub. For the rest of the city, the flagship page is limo service Toronto, and the wider GTA hub covers the 905. A private day with a chauffeur is also described on chauffeur service Toronto.

Booking terms in plain words

Waiting time on airport pickups is 60 minutes free on international arrivals and 30 on domestic. Cancellation is measured from the scheduled pickup time: more than 72 hours' notice, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or no-show, 100%.

Alcohol rules follow Ontario law and are confirmed at booking, and we never promise drinks on board.

Frequently asked questions

How far is Bisha Hotel Toronto from Pearson airport?

About 28 km by road, about 26 minutes in free-flow traffic and 45 to 75 minutes at a weekday peak. The booker shows the exact fare for 80 Blue Jays Way and your vehicle before you confirm, with flight tracking on the pickup.

How far is Bisha from Billy Bishop airport?

About 2 km and about 5 minutes without traffic, 10 to 20 minutes at a peak or on an event night. The pickup is on the mainland side at Eireann Quay, after you walk or ride through the tunnel or take the ferry.

Is Bisha Hotel Toronto the same as the Luxury Collection Bisha?

Yes. Trade coverage reports that the hotel was converted to BISHA, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Toronto with the change taking effect on 1 March 2025. The address is still 80 Blue Jays Way.

Can I book a limo by the hour from Bisha?

Yes. Hourly bookings suit Bay Street meeting days, Yorkville lunches and 905 site visits. The car waits at each stop and the route can change as the day goes on. You see the fixed fare before you pay.

Where will the chauffeur stop on Blue Jays Way?

The hotel does not publish a private-car lane, so the chauffeur confirms the exact door on the day. On event nights the stop can move a block or more, and your chauffeur will message you.

Is UP Express better than a car from Pearson to Bisha?

For one traveller with light bags and no deadline, often yes. UP Express lists a trip of about 28 minutes between Pearson and Union Station, and Bisha is a short ride beyond that. A car is better for groups, heavy luggage, late arrivals and client trips.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. Child, toddler and booster seats are provided when you ask for them at booking. Add them in the booker so the right vehicle is dispatched.

What happens if my flight is late?

Flights are tracked on every airport pickup. International arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing and domestic arrivals include 30, so a late flight does not mean a missed car.

Can I bring a group to a dinner at Bisha?

Yes. A Luxury SUV carries up to 6 and an Executive Sprinter carries 12 to 14. For parties of 8 to 30, a stretch limousine or party bus can be booked by the hour; availability and the exact vehicle are confirmed at booking.
