Reserve Your Chauffeur

How booking works

1. Enter the trip. Pickup and drop-off addresses, or the airport or station, plus date and time.
2. Add the flight or train. We track it and move the pickup if the arrival changes.
3. Choose the vehicle. Sedan, SUV, Sprinter or stretch — the all-in fare for each is shown before you choose.
4. Confirm. An email confirms the fare straight away; the chauffeur’s name, phone and plate follow before the pickup.

Changes and cancellation

Counting back from the booked pickup time: more than 72 hours ahead costs nothing to cancel; inside 72 hours the fee is 10% of the booking, inside 48 hours 50%, and inside 24 hours, or if nobody shows, the full 100%. Prom night, holiday weekends and big conventions sometimes have an earlier cut-off, and when they do it is printed on your confirmation.

Not sure which vehicle? Compare them on the fleet page. Groups, weddings and corporate accounts can also send a request to the desk.
