Which airport limo service do you need?
Pick your airport below. Each page covers the pickup procedure, distances, drive times and honest alternatives for that airport. All airport limo service is booked online, flights are tracked, and the booker shows the exact all-in fare for your address before you pay.
An airport limo service is only as good as its knowledge of the specific airport. A pickup at an island airport reached by tunnel has nothing in common with a pickup at a border airport where your passport is part of the journey. This hub brings together every airport we serve in Ontario and Quebec and the American airports Canadians use, and sends you to the page that explains yours.
If you only need the fare, the online booker is the quickest route.
How an airport pickup works
The pattern is the same everywhere, even where the curb differs. You give us your flight number and date. We track the flight, so the car follows the real landing time, not the scheduled one. After landing we include 60 minutes of free waiting on international arrivals and 30 minutes on domestic arrivals.

A name-board meet-and-greet inside arrivals is available as an add-on, which suits first-time visitors, families and executives receiving a guest. Child, toddler and booster seats are provided when requested at booking. You can read more on our meet and greet and car seat pages.

Airport transport compared
Airport trips have real alternatives, and the lowest-cost choice is sometimes the right one.
| Option | Strength | Cost note | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rail or rapid transit (UP Express, O-Train Line 4) | Fixed schedule, no traffic | Lowest | One traveller, light luggage, downtown destination |
| Local bus | Low-cost, widely available | Lowest | Flexible timing, no luggage |
| Taxi | No booking needed | Meter plus surcharges | Unplanned trips |
| Rideshare | App-based | Meter-style, can surge | Short rides, light bags |
| Private chauffeur | Door to door, flight tracked | Fixed fare via booker | Groups, luggage, early starts, long distances |
UP Express between Pearson and Union Station advertises a 28-minute journey on its website. For a solo traveller going downtown, that wins on time and cost. A chauffeur wins whenever the destination is outside the core, the bags are heavy, or several people are travelling.
Vehicles and luggage
An Executive Sedan takes up to 3 passengers with 2 large and 2 carry-on bags. A luxury SUV seats six and holds five or six full-size cases. Groups of 12 to 14 with a dozen-plus bags fit in one executive Sprinter. See the fleet page. Larger stretch limousines and mini-coaches are hourly bookings, with availability and the exact vehicle confirmed at booking.
Crossing the border to fly
For Buffalo, Detroit and Plattsburgh, border wait time is part of the trip. The CBSA's travel documents page advises carrying a valid Canadian passport for all visits abroad, and notes that a NEXUS card is accepted for entry into Canada. Read the cross-border limo page before you go.
Beyond the airport
Airports connect to the rest of a journey. See train stations if you arrive by VIA Rail, and the routes hub for long transfers between cities.
