What is the best limo service for the Toronto Airport Marriott on Dixon Road?
A pre-booked black car from TorontoBlackLimousine.net, dispatched from Toronto, collects you at the hotel and reaches Pearson in about six minutes in free-flow traffic. The same car covers Bay Street, Billy Bishop, Hamilton and Waterloo. The booker shows the exact fare for your address and vehicle before you pay.
Most guests at this hotel arrive on a flight, sleep, and leave the next morning, and for them the hotel's own shuttle is often all they need. This page is for the other cases: the executive who has three stops before lunch, the family with more luggage than a shuttle bay likes, the project team collecting at dawn for a plant visit, and the guest whose flight leaves from an airport other than Pearson.
TorontoBlackLimousine.net is an independent car service. We are not affiliated with the hotel or with Marriott, and nothing here implies an endorsement either way. The facts below come from the airport authority, public listings and our own dispatch experience of the Dixon Road area.
The Toronto Airport Marriott: address, setting and who stays here
The hotel's address is 901 Dixon Road, Etobicoke, Toronto, postal code M9W 1J5. It is part of the strip of large airport hotels along Dixon Road, on the same road as The Westin Toronto Airport at number 950 and the Holiday Inn at number 970. For the airport, that neighbourhood is the traditional landing zone for flight crews, conference delegates, relocating families and anyone with an early departure.

Pearson lists the Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel among the properties with a hotel shuttle service, so the terminals are reached by road, not on foot.
We do not state room counts or meeting-space figures for this hotel. Published numbers differ between sources, and the operator's current figures are on its own page, so confirm capacity with the hotel if your event depends on it.
Dixon Road geography: why the same hotel feels close and far
Dixon Road is in the City of Toronto, in the Etobicoke district, while the airport proper lies in Mississauga. For a driver that boundary matters less than the road network. The hotel sits between the 409, the 427 and the 401, so you can be on a controlled-access highway within a few minutes in almost any direction.
That has practical consequences for planning:
- Eastbound and downtown. The 427 south to the Gardiner Expressway is the obvious route to Bay Street, and it is a section that slows on weekday afternoons.
- Westbound. The 401 west leads to Mississauga, Milton, Guelph and Kitchener-Waterloo; the 407 ETR, a tolled road, is an alternative the chauffeur weighs against traffic.
- Northbound. Highway 27 and the 427 north reach Vaughan and Brampton, and the 407 and 400 lead on towards cottage country.
Our Greater Toronto Area hub maps these routes against the city pages, and the Mississauga limo page covers the neighbouring city where most of the airport's offices and the trade-show hall sit.
Hotel shuttle or private car?
Pearson's published rules are the place to start. According to the airport, hotel shuttle pickup is on the Arrivals Level at Door E in Terminal 1 and at Doors B and G in Terminal 3. A courtesy phone on the Arrivals Level of both terminals connects you to hotels, and the airport directs guests to the hotel itself for shuttle times and rates. Read the airport's hotel shuttle pick-up page before you land.

The shuttle is a good fit when:
- you are one traveller with ordinary luggage;
- your plans end at the hotel;
- you are happy to wait for the next scheduled run.
A private black car is a better fit when:
- you arrive late, early or on a delayed flight and need a driver who has tracked the landing;
- you are a group or have equipment cases;
- the real destination is somewhere other than the hotel, such as a client's office in Markham or a hearing downtown;
- you want the same driver all day.
We would rather you took the shuttle than booked a car you do not need.
Pickups at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 for guests of this hotel
If you book us for the arrival, the sequence is straightforward. Give the booker your flight number and the hotel, and we track the flight. Waiting after landing is included at no extra charge: 60 minutes after an international landing and 30 minutes after a domestic one. A name-board meet-and-greet inside arrivals is available as an add-on.
Pearson publishes its own door assignments on its taxis and limos page and its pre-arranged services page, which help you picture the pickup:
- Pre-arranged taxi and limo pickups are at Door A at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, according to the airport.
- The limo stands, used by walk-up licensed limousines, are at Door C in Terminal 1 and Door E in Terminal 3.
- Licensed taxis and limos do not pick up passengers inside the terminals or parking garages.
Doors and rules change with construction and seasons, so the chauffeur names the exact door for your pickup on the day. Our Pearson airport limo guide covers both terminals in more detail, and meet and greet at Pearson explains the name-board option.
The airport also reminds travellers that international arrivals can take one to three hours to clear. If you are on a long-haul flight with a connection or a bag claim queue, build that into your meeting time.
Leaving for an early flight
The hotel is about 4 km from the terminal area, a six-minute drive in free-flow traffic. That makes it one of the easiest departures in the region, and it also tempts people to cut the buffer. We would plan a departure like this:

- Work out your airline's check-in deadline.
- Add the drive, rounded up to 15 minutes to allow for Dixon Road and Highway 27 at peak times.
- Add time for the terminal, which is the part that varies most.
If you leave from Terminal 3 or Terminal 1, tell the booker which one, since they are separate drop-offs. For family trips, car seats can be added when you book, and our notes on March Break departures explain what changes in the busiest week of the year.
Distances and drive times from the Toronto Airport Marriott
The table gives road distance and free-flow drive time, with the typical rush-hour range for each trip. Billy Bishop is measured to the mainland pickup at Eireann Quay.
| From the Toronto Airport Marriott to | Distance (about) | Free-flow | Rush-hour range |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toronto Pearson (YYZ) | 4 km | 6 min | 10 to 20 min |
| Billy Bishop (YTZ), Eireann Quay | 24 km | 22 min | 35 to 60 min |
| Hamilton (YHM) | 79 km | 70 min | 90 to 125 min |
| Union Station and Bay Street | 25 km | 25 min | 40 to 60 min |
Rush-hour ranges are typical, not guaranteed. The booker shows the exact fare for your address and vehicle before you confirm.
Honest alternatives from Dixon Road

| Option | Typical time to downtown | Cost note | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hotel shuttle to the terminal, then UP Express | Shuttle plus 28 min on the train | Low, fare set by Metrolinx | One traveller, one bag, central meeting |
| TTC Route 900 Airport Express to Kipling, then subway | Longer than rail | Low, transit fare | Time-flexible travellers |
| Taxi from the airport stand | 30 to 50 min | Airport rules apply | No booking, no plan |
| Rideshare | 30 to 50 min | App price that can surge | Single rider, casual trip |
| Pre-booked black car | 25 to 50 min | Fixed fare via booker | Groups, luggage, schedules, a full day |
The UP Express, which runs from Pearson Station to Union Station, lists Pearson, Weston, Mount Dennis, Bloor and Union as its stops, and advertises the trip as 28 minutes. As of October 2026 its fares page showed a standard adult single of $12.35, with children aged 12 and under free; check UP Express for the current schedule. If you are travelling alone and your meeting is near Union, that is genuinely the better choice. The TTC's 900 Airport Express, which the TTC airport page describes as running between Kipling Station and both terminals in about 20 to 25 minutes, is the slower, lower-cost alternative.
Downtown from Dixon Road: Bay Street, the Gardiner and the arena nights
Bay Street is roughly 25 km from the hotel, which in free-flow is about 25 minutes, and in the evening peak can double. Weeknight events add their own weight. If you are going to a game or concert at Scotiabank Arena, read our arena pickup guide before choosing a return time, because the street closures around the venue shape where a car can wait. Union Station itself has its own pickup rules; the Union Station page explains them.
For visiting executives the usual pattern is simple. One car takes the team to the financial district for the morning, a second hour or two covers a client lunch, and the same car returns at the end of the day. Because hourly service means the driver stays with the vehicle, you do not hunt for parking in the core.
Hourly corporate days that begin at the hotel
The best business use of a hotel near the airport is the day that starts before the road gets busy. Typical days we plan:
- Investor and roadshow days. Pickup at 7:00, three or four meetings between Bay Street and the 905, and a drop-off at the airport for a late flight.
- Plant and site visits. A group of eight leaves the hotel in a Sprinter for an industrial site in Brampton or Mississauga, with a second stop at a client's head office.
- Training and onboarding cohorts. Staff staying at the hotel move to an off-site venue in a single vehicle, which is easier to coordinate than five taxis.
Read the guides to corporate car service and hourly chauffeur service for how waiting, multiple stops and day schedules are managed. A broader overview of daily rides is on the Toronto car service page.
Trade shows and conventions near the hotel
The International Centre at 6900 Airport Road in Mississauga sits in the same airport district and describes itself as having more than 500,000 square feet of flexible exhibition space and a separate 48,000 square foot conference centre. If your trade show is there, a hotel on Dixon Road is a sensible base, and our International Centre event guide compares the shuttle and a private car for exhibitors who carry crates and displays.
For downtown conventions, the plan changes: the delegates at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre usually need a clean drop-off point and an exact pickup time, covered in the Convention Centre arrivals guide. For the broader picture of event logistics, see event transportation.
Day trips and intercity runs from the airport area
Because the hotel is on the west side of the city, intercity trips begin quickly. A few reference distances:
- Pearson to Kitchener-Waterloo: about 95 km, one hour to an hour and a quarter, according to our route notes; add a few minutes from Dixon Road. See the Pearson to Waterloo route.
- Toronto to Niagara Falls: about 130 km by the QEW, 80 to 100 minutes; see Toronto to Niagara Falls.
- Toronto to Ottawa: about 450 km, 4.5 to 5 hours; see Toronto to Ottawa.
A single driver can take a team to a Waterloo tech campus in the morning and bring them back for a dinner downtown. Intercity trips are quoted by the booker like any other.
Groups and vehicle classes
For groups staying at the hotel, we match the vehicle to the headcount:
- Executive Sedan: up to 3 passengers, 2 large and 2 carry-on bags.
- Luxury SUV: six seats and space for five or six full-size cases.
- Executive Sprinter: 12 to 14 seats and a dozen or more cases.
- Stretch limousine: 8 to 10 passengers, booked by the hour.
- Mini-coach or party bus: 20 to 30 passengers, booked by the hour.
Availability and the exact vehicle for stretch limousines, party buses and coaches are confirmed at booking. Our fleet page shows the classes and what they carry.
Booking, fares and cancellation
Enter the hotel as the pickup, the flight number if you are arriving, and the destination or hourly window. The booker shows a fixed fare, quoted before you pay, and the chauffeur and vehicle are assigned from our Toronto dispatch, which runs 24 hours a day. Vehicles and chauffeurs are licensed and commercially insured.
If plans change, cancellation is measured from the scheduled pickup time: more than 72 hours' notice, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%.
For a different airport hotel, compare The Westin Toronto Airport a few doors along Dixon Road, the Sheraton Gateway beside Terminal 3 and the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel and Suites on Airport Road; the hotels directory lists the rest.
