Where does limo service in Ontario reach?
TorontoBlackLimousine.net runs limo and black car service across southern and eastern Ontario from a Toronto dispatch base, from Hamilton (about 80 km) and Niagara (about 130 km) to Kingston (about 260 km) and Ottawa (about 450 km). Book online and see the exact fixed fare before you pay.
Limo service Ontario means different things in different parts of the province. In the Niagara and Hamilton corridor it is a one-hour drive and a wine or casino day. In Muskoka it is a Friday run up the 400 with the cottage luggage. In Ottawa it is a four-and-a-half-hour drive that replaces two trains and a taxi. This hub shows how those trips work and links to a page for each destination.
The site shows distance and drive time, not prices. The online booker returns the exact all-in fare for your two addresses and your vehicle class, and you see it before you pay.
Ontario by region: distances from Toronto
Destination Ontario divides the province into 15 tourism regions, from Southwestern Ontario and the Niagara Region to the Ottawa Region and Northwest Ontario (see Destination Ontario). Our service covers the southern and eastern part of that map. The table lists driving distances from Toronto, rounded, with typical times in normal traffic.

| Destination | Distance from Toronto | Typical drive | Page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hamilton | About 80 km | About 1 hour | Hamilton limo |
| Kitchener-Waterloo | About 95 km from Pearson | 1 to 1.25 hours | Kitchener-Waterloo limo |
| Guelph | About 80 km from Pearson | About 1 hour | Guelph limo |
| Niagara Falls | About 130 km | 80 to 100 minutes | Niagara Falls limo |
| Barrie | About 100 km | About 1 to 1.25 hours | Barrie limo |
| Blue Mountain | About 160 km | About 2 hours | Blue Mountain limo |

Closer to home, the GTA hub covers the 905 cities, and the Quebec hub takes over at the Quebec border.
The Highway 401 corridor
Most inter-city travel in southern Ontario runs on the 401 and the highways that branch from it: the QEW toward Hamilton and Niagara, the 400 north to Barrie and Muskoka, the 416 north from the 401 to Ottawa, and the 402 west of London toward Sarnia. A chauffeur's value on these roads is timing. Leaving Toronto at 6:30 a.m. rather than 4 p.m. often saves an hour, and a good dispatcher knows the difference between a Thursday and a Friday.
Ontario's 511 service publishes live road conditions, highway cameras, closures and incident reports, and its app shows images from more than 900 cameras (see 511on.ca). It is worth checking before any winter drive.
Niagara, Hamilton and wine country
The western end of Lake Ontario concentrates the province's day-trip demand. Niagara Falls is about 130 km from Toronto, and the Toronto to Niagara Falls route shows the QEW sequence. Niagara-on-the-Lake is the wine and theatre town, and St. Catharines is the practical hub in between. For tastings, see wine tour limo service: the car is for the driving, the tasting stays at the winery.

Hamilton has its own airport, a rebuilt downtown arena and a waterfall district that currently needs advance reservations at Spencer Gorge. Read the city page before you plan a fall day there.
Cottage country and ski country
North of Toronto, the demand is seasonal and directional. Friday afternoon is heavy northbound; Sunday evening is heavy southbound. Muskoka resorts and cottage roads and Blue Mountain ski weeks need an SUV or Sprinter for gear. Barrie is the gateway town on Highway 400, and Peterborough and the Kawarthas cover the lakes to the northeast. Our ski and cottage transfers page explains luggage and weather planning.
Eastern Ontario: Kingston and Ottawa
Kingston is about 260 km from Toronto and roughly 195 km from Ottawa, which makes it a natural stop on the Toronto to Ottawa route. Ottawa Tourism lists the Toronto to Ottawa drive at about 450 km and 4.5 to 5 hours (see how to get from Toronto to Ottawa). The Ottawa limo page covers the airport, Parliament Hill, embassies and Gatineau. From Ottawa, the Ottawa to Montreal route continues east.

Southwestern Ontario: Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Guelph and Windsor
Kitchener-Waterloo is the largest tech and university cluster west of Toronto. London is Western University's home, and Guelph is the farm-venue and campus town. Windsor is the border city: its crossings to Detroit are covered on the Windsor to Detroit route, and passengers need valid travel documents because the border wait is part of the trip.
Airports across Ontario
Toronto Pearson is the main gateway, but other airports are often easier: Hamilton, Waterloo, London, Windsor, Ottawa and Kingston. Compare them in the airport hub. Flight tracking is included on every airport pickup, with 60 minutes of free waiting after landing on international arrivals and 30 minutes on domestic ones. You can add a name-board meet-and-greet in arrivals.

Weddings, events and corporate trips across Ontario
Away from the GTA, a booking is usually built around one fixed time: a ceremony, a conference opening, a flight. Give the venue address, the times and the headcount, and choose the class that fits. Our wedding limo, corporate car service and event transportation pages explain the planning in detail. Alcohol rules follow Ontario law and are confirmed at booking, and prom and graduation trips are strictly alcohol-free.
Road, rail, air: choosing the right way across Ontario
| Option | Best for | Cost note |
|---|---|---|
| VIA Rail or GO | City-centre to city-centre trips, one traveller | Lowest |
| Intercity bus | Budget travel on a flexible schedule | Lowest |
| Flying | Toronto to Ottawa when time is the issue | Varies |
| Rental car | Several days of independent driving | Daily rate plus fuel |
| Private chauffeur | Groups, luggage, fixed schedules, door-to-door | Fixed fare via booker |
If you are travelling alone between two city centres on a rail corridor, the train is hard to beat for value. A chauffeur wins on groups, luggage, rural addresses and the last 20 km.
