Which concert limo or sports event car service works best in Toronto?

For two or three people, an Executive Sedan with fixed legs to and from the venue. For four to six, a Luxury SUV. For groups of eight to thirty, an hourly stretch limousine, Sprinter or party bus that waits through the event. Stretch limousines and party buses are confirmed at booking.

The hard part of a concert or game in Toronto is rarely the event. It is the forty minutes on either side of it: finding the entrance, getting through the crowd on the way out, and discovering that the rideshare you ordered is idling three streets away behind a police barricade. A concert limo in Toronto solves the logistics problem. The vehicle is booked, the chauffeur knows the event is happening, and the route home was priced before you left the house.

This page covers the venues we are asked about most, with addresses, drive times and the pickup habits that work on a crowded night. The booker prices your exact route. Get an instant fare for the date of your event and you will see the fixed fare before you commit.

The venues and their current names

Several Toronto venues have changed names in the past few years, so check what is on your ticket before you give a chauffeur an address.

A packed indoor concert with audience lights creating a stunning visual display
  • Scotiabank Arena, 40 Bay Street. Home of the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Raptors, and the downtown venue for most large touring concerts.
  • Rogers Centre, 1 Blue Jays Way, where the Toronto Blue Jays play.
  • BMO Field, 170 Princes' Boulevard, at Exhibition Place. For the 2026 FIFA World Cup the stadium was temporarily called Toronto Stadium. It has returned to the BMO Field name, so tickets, signs and the venue's own site all use BMO Field again.
  • RBC Amphitheatre, at Ontario Place, 955 Lake Shore Boulevard West. This is the lakeside outdoor concert venue that was known for years as Budweiser Stage; the new name was announced on 28 October 2025, and Ontario Place now lists the amphitheatre under it.
  • Coca-Cola Coliseum, another venue in the portfolio of MLSE, the group that runs Scotiabank Arena and BMO Field.

If a ticket says one name and a friend says another, the address is the safest instruction. Give dispatch the street address, and the venue name as well.

Distances and drive times to the venues

RouteDistanceTypical drive time
Pearson Airport to Scotiabank Arena or Rogers CentreAbout 27 km30–50 minutes
Union Station to Scotiabank Arena or Rogers CentreUnder 1 km5–10 minutes by car on an event night
Union Station to BMO FieldAbout 4 km10–20 minutes
Union Station to RBC Amphitheatre (Ontario Place)About 4 km10–20 minutes
Pearson Airport to BMO FieldAbout 24 km25–45 minutes
Mississauga City Centre to Scotiabank ArenaAbout 30 km35–60 minutes
Markham to Scotiabank ArenaAbout 35 km40–70 minutes

Those are everyday figures. On a concert or playoff night the last two kilometres can take as long as the first twenty, which is why the pickup point matters more than the route.

Why event nights are different

Three things change when a venue fills up. The Gardiner Expressway and Lake Shore Boulevard carry the extra traffic. The streets nearest the entrances are closed to cars or restricted to limited drop-offs. And everyone leaves at once, within a ten-minute window, so the local roads freeze.

The plan that works is to avoid being at the door at all.

  • Arrive early. Be dropped off 45 to 60 minutes before doors open. The drop-off lane near the main entrance is the first thing to clog.
  • Pick a pickup point away from the crowd. A cross street a few blocks off the main exit is far easier to reach than the entrance itself. Walk there after the event and let the crowd thin as you go.
  • Give dispatch your seat and gate. Add your section, the gate you plan to use and your phone number in the booking notes.
  • Do not leave the pickup time to chance. For a concert, book a pickup at the expected end of the show plus a margin, and tell dispatch if the headliner runs long.

MLSE publishes an event-night transit updates page for its venues, covering GO Transit, UP Express and the TTC, with a link to parking. It is worth reading before you choose between a chauffeur, the train and driving yourself.

Scotiabank Arena: hockey, basketball and arena concerts

Scotiabank Arena stands beside Union Station, a short walk from the rail platforms. That makes the arena easy to reach by train and hard to reach by car in the hour before a game. If you are coming by chauffeur, a drop-off on a side street one block east or west of Bay Street is usually quicker than the front doors.

After a Leafs or Raptors game, thousands of people leave Union Station and the surrounding blocks at once. For a pickup, choose a street away from the station and the arena's main exits, and write it in your notes. A group of two to six will find a sedan or SUV easier to place than a stretch limousine, which needs a longer stretch of curb. A stretch or Sprinter works well for a group that wants to travel together and has agreed a place to meet. See the Union Station car service page if you are arriving by rail.

Rogers Centre: Blue Jays and stadium shows

The Rogers Centre, at 1 Blue Jays Way, shares the same downtown grid as the arena. The advice is the same: arrive early, use a side street, and pick up well away from the main gates. On a day when the Blue Jays and a concert are in town on the same weekend, allow longer for every leg.

Families bringing children can request child, toddler and booster seats when booking, which matters at a daytime game when the whole household travels together. Our car seat service page describes the options.

BMO Field: soccer, football and national team matches

BMO Field is the home of the clubs listed on the venue's own site, among them Toronto FC and the Toronto Argonauts, and it also hosts Canadian national team matches. It lies at Exhibition Place, which is a few kilometres west of the downtown core and has its own road network. The approach is different from Scotiabank Arena: traffic backs up on Lake Shore Boulevard and on the Gardiner exits.

For a pickup, avoid asking the chauffeur to stop at the stadium gates. Choose a quieter street outside the main exit flow and be ready to walk five to ten minutes. If the match is a daytime kickoff, the drive from Union Station is about 4 km, 10 to 20 minutes, but allow double that on a sold-out afternoon.

RBC Amphitheatre at Ontario Place: summer concerts by the lake

Ontario Place is on the waterfront at Lake Shore Boulevard West, near Exhibition Place, and the amphitheatre is one of the busiest concert stages in the city during summer. Because the site shares the corridor with BMO Field and the waterfront roads, a concert night can overlap with other events nearby.

The practical questions are the same as at the arena: where do we drop off, and where do we meet afterwards? Ontario Place has its own transport and parking pages, and the venue is the only authority on what vehicles may enter the site. The public pages we opened do not describe drop-off arrangements in detail, so choose a pickup point on a public street outside the grounds and confirm it in the booking notes. Plan for a long walk to the pickup point after a sold-out show.

Montréal: concerts and hockey at the Bell Centre

Hockey fans and concert-goers in Quebec head for the Bell Centre, the home of the Montréal Canadiens. If you are travelling from Toronto for a game or a show, the route is 541 km on Highway 401 and Highway 20, usually 5.5 to 6.5 hours, so most guests choose a day-and-night plan rather than a same-day return. The Montréal limo page covers the city side, the Toronto to Montréal route page covers the drive, and Montréal–Trudeau Airport is the alternative for fans flying in. Service in Quebec is available in English and French.

Group nights: stretch limousine, Sprinter and party bus

A group of eight to ten can take a stretch limousine, booked by the hour, to dinner and the show. A group of twelve to fourteen fits the Executive Sprinter. A group of twenty to thirty can take a party bus or mini-coach. For a pre-game or pre-concert dinner followed by the event and a ride home, an hourly vehicle that waits is the simplest choice, because there is no second booking to coordinate afterwards.

Think about what the vehicle is doing during the event. Event curbs seldom allow a long vehicle to wait. Agree the plan with dispatch beforehand so the pickup does not depend on a text message sent from a crowd of fifty thousand phones. See the party bus and stretch limousine pages for what each vehicle offers.

Alcohol rules follow Ontario and Québec law and are confirmed at booking. We do not promise drinks on board.

If you are going alone to a game at the arena or Rogers Centre, public transit is the better answer: it is the lowest-cost choice and the stations are beside the doors. A chauffeur wins when you have children, mobility needs, luggage, a group or a very late finish, or when you are coming from the 905, where a direct ride beats a transfer and a long walk. Our limo vs rideshare page gives the straight comparison.

Corporate boxes and client entertainment

Many seats at Toronto's arenas go to clients. If your company is hosting, book the car through an account rather than a single trip. The corporate car service page covers account billing, and event transportation covers shuttles for larger groups moving between a hotel and a venue. A name-board meet and greet is available as an add-on for guests arriving at the airport.

Visitors flying in for a game or concert

Out-of-town fans fly into Pearson, and the drive from there to the arena district is about 27 km, usually 30 to 50 minutes. Flights are tracked on every airport pickup. On international arrivals we include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, and 30 minutes on domestic flights, so a late arrival does not cancel the plan. The Pearson airport limo page explains the terminal procedure, and the airport limo Toronto page compares the other airports in the region.

A simple plan for a concert night

  1. Four days before: book the vehicle and confirm the headcount.
  2. The day before: check the show's start time, the venue's bag policy and the transit page for the venue.
  3. Two hours before doors: leave home. The route through the core takes longest in the hour before an event.
  4. At the venue: be dropped on a side street. Take photographs, not queues.
  5. After the show: walk to the pickup point you agreed. Message the chauffeur only if you will be more than ten minutes late.

Booking and cancellations

The booker lists the vehicle classes, shows the exact fare for your addresses and takes payment. For an event, book as soon as you have tickets. Dates with a headliner or a playoff game fill early, and stretch limousines and party buses are the first to go. The FAQ answers common booking questions, and our hourly chauffeur page explains hourly time.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a limo to a Toronto concert?

The fare depends on the vehicle, your pickup address, the venue and, for stretch limousines and party buses, the hours booked. The booker shows the exact fare for your route before you confirm. Arena trips from downtown are short, and trips from the 905 are longer.

What is the new name of Budweiser Stage?

Budweiser Stage is now the RBC Amphitheatre. The renaming was announced on 28 October 2025, and Ontario Place lists the amphitheatre by the new name. It is at 955 Lake Shore Boulevard West.

Is BMO Field the same as Toronto Stadium?

Yes. The stadium was called Toronto Stadium for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and has returned to the name BMO Field. The address is 170 Princes' Boulevard.

How far is Pearson Airport from Scotiabank Arena?

About 27 km, usually 30 to 50 minutes depending on traffic on Highway 427, the Gardiner Expressway and the downtown streets. On a game night, allow more time for the final blocks.

Can the car wait for us during the concert?

Hourly vehicles can be booked to stay with your group through the evening, and the arrangement for waiting or returning at a set time is confirmed at booking. For sedan and SUV trips, book a fixed return leg at the expected end of the event and add a margin.

Where should I be picked up after a Leafs, Raptors or Blue Jays game?

On a side street a few blocks from the arena or Rogers Centre, away from the main exits and Union Station. Add the street name to your booking notes so the chauffeur is waiting in the right place.

Do you serve the Bell Centre in Montréal?

Yes. Montréal bookings include service in English and French. The drive from Toronto is about 541 km and usually takes 5.5 to 6.5 hours, so many groups book a hotel night and a return the next day.

Can I bring a child car seat to a game or concert?

Yes. Child, toddler and booster seats are available when requested at booking.

Do you track flights for fans arriving by air?

Yes. Every airport pickup includes flight tracking, so a delayed arrival does not affect your booking.
