What is the best executive limo service for The Westin Toronto Airport?
For a Westin Toronto Airport stay, a pre-booked black car from TorontoBlackLimousine.net handles the whole itinerary: a tracked pickup at Pearson, a downtown client dinner, an early return to the terminal. The hotel is about 4 km from the airport on Dixon Road, and the booker states the exact fare for your pickup and vehicle before you commit.
Executives who stay at a hotel near the airport usually have the same pattern of needs. They land, they work, they eat somewhere in the city, and they leave before the roads fill. A car service for that pattern has to be good at three things: arrivals, the long evening and the early start.
TorontoBlackLimousine.net runs independently of the hotel and of Marriott; there is no partnership, and nothing here implies an endorsement. We draw on the airport authority's published rules, the hotel owner's own announcements and our dispatchers' experience of the area.
A short history: from Bristol Place to The Westin Toronto Airport
If your assistant has booked "the Bristol Place" or an older listing, this is the same building. The hotel at 950 Dixon Road, Etobicoke, was known as the Bristol Place Hotel before Easton's Group of Hotels, then its owner, completed a renovation in 2017 and unveiled it as The Westin Toronto Airport. Easton's own announcement, dated May 31, 2017, put the work at about $10 million over roughly one year.

That announcement is the best public description we have of what changed:
- all guestrooms and suites were updated, with Westin's Heavenly Bed and Heavenly Bath;
- the lobby was redesigned, with a community work table called the Westin Haven;
- about 20,000 square feet of meeting space was modernized;
- two restaurants, Crosswinds Lounge and Bar and Atmosphere Restaurant, and a lobby Starbucks were named.
Those are 2017 facts. Restaurants and room features can change, so confirm anything that matters with the hotel. Easton's Group's own site still lists the hotel among its Toronto Pearson properties, and Pearson's current shuttle page includes "The Westin Toronto Airport", so the hotel is operating under that name. Read the original Easton's Group renovation announcement for the detail.
Where Dixon Road puts you
The Westin is in Etobicoke, part of the City of Toronto, on the same road as the Toronto Airport Marriott at number 901 and a Holiday Inn at number 970. It is a few kilometres from the terminals, set among the road network that links the 409, 427 and 401.
The airport itself lies across the municipal line in Mississauga, but for a chauffeur that line is invisible. What matters is the road, and the booker shows the fare for your exact pickup and destination before you pay.
Arrivals: a tracked pickup and a clean handover
If you are flying in and want a car on the other side of customs, the booking works like this. Give the booker the hotel and the flight number. We track the flight on every airport pickup, and waiting after landing is included at no extra charge: 60 minutes after an international landing, 30 after a domestic one. A name-board meet-and-greet inside arrivals is available as an add-on, which is valuable if you are hosting someone who has not been to Toronto.

Pearson's published arrangements are useful context. According to the airport, pre-arranged taxi and limousine pickup is at Door A in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, hotel shuttles collect at Door E in Terminal 1 and Doors B and G in Terminal 3, and licensed taxis and limousines do not pick up passengers inside the terminals or parking garages. The airport's pre-arranged services page and hotel shuttle page have the current wording. Your chauffeur names the exact door on the day.
For more on both terminals, read our Pearson airport limo guide and the meet-and-greet page.
Hotel shuttle, transit or your own car
Many guests do not need us for the airport leg, and we would rather say so. The hotel shuttle is the natural option for a solo guest with one case, and the hotel is the right source for its timetable. For downtown, the UP Express takes about 28 minutes from Pearson Station to Union Station; its fares page showed a standard adult single of $12.35 as of October 2026, with children aged 12 and under free (see UP Express).
A black car is the stronger choice if:
- your flight lands late or on a delayed schedule and you want a tracked pickup;
- you are travelling with a colleague or client and want one vehicle, one door and one conversation;
- your first stop is not the hotel;
- you are carrying slides, samples or a garment bag you would rather not shuffle through a station.
Distances and drive times from The Westin
Road distance and free-flow drive time from the hotel, with the typical rush-hour range. For Billy Bishop, the figures run to the Eireann Quay mainland pickup.

| From The Westin Toronto Airport to | Distance (about) | Free-flow | Rush-hour range |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pearson terminal area (YYZ) | 4 km | 6 min | 10 to 20 min |
| Billy Bishop (YTZ), mainland pickup | 24 km | 22 min | 35 to 60 min |
| Hamilton (YHM) | 78 km | 70 min | 90 to 125 min |
| Union Station, Bay Street | 25 km | 25 min | 40 to 60 min |
Treat the figures as guides. The fare for your exact trip appears in the booker before you commit.
The alternatives, honestly compared
| Way to downtown | Time | Cost | Fits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hotel shuttle, then UP Express | Shuttle plus 28 min on the train | Low, UP fare set by Metrolinx | One traveller, central meeting |
| TTC Route 900 Airport Express, then subway from Kipling | Longer than rail | Low, transit fare | Flexible, light travellers |
| Taxi stand at Pearson | 30 to 50 min | Airport rules apply | No booking, no plan |
| Rideshare app | 30 to 50 min | Surge pricing possible | One rider, casual trip |
| Pre-booked black car | 25 to 50 min | Fixed fare via booker | Executives, clients, luggage, schedule risk |
The TTC's 900 Airport Express is described on the TTC airport page as an all-day service between Kipling Station and Terminals 1 and 3, taking about 20 to 25 minutes one way. If you have time and no luggage, it works. If you have a 9 a.m. meeting and a suit bag, it is a longer way of arriving.
The client dinner: downtown and back
The classic executive evening at an airport hotel is a dinner downtown. The hotel is about 25 km from Union Station and Bay Street, and the practical question is the return. A taxi at 11 p.m. outside a restaurant in the Entertainment District is a gamble; a booked car that waits, or comes back at a time you set, is not.

For the evening itself, our night-out limo page explains how pickups and waits work, and our guides to the theatre district and Scotiabank Arena show where a car can stop on event nights. During TIFF in September, King Street closures change the whole plan; our TIFF week guide covers it. Alcohol rules follow Ontario law and are confirmed at booking, and we never promise drinks on board.
Hourly chauffeur days from Dixon Road
For a day with several stops, a chauffeur by the hour is simpler than a string of single bookings. A typical investor or sales day from a Westin base looks like this:
- 07:30: pickup at the hotel entrance.
- 09:00: first meeting downtown, with the car waiting nearby.
- 12:30: a client lunch, then a second meeting in the 905.
- 16:30: back to the hotel, or straight to a departure at Pearson, Billy Bishop or Hamilton.
Hourly service means the same chauffeur and vehicle stay with you. Our hourly chauffeur page and corporate car service page explain how stops, waiting time and passengers are arranged, and the Toronto chauffeur service page covers discretion on longer days.
Conventions, trade shows and the casino resort
Dixon Road is a few minutes from the airport but also within reach of several large venues. The International Centre in Mississauga, which describes itself as having more than 500,000 square feet of flexible exhibit space, is covered in our International Centre event guide. Downtown, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre guide and the Enercare Centre guide describe arrival plans for the biggest shows. Pearson's own shuttle list also names the Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto among its served hotels, so a casino evening from this side of the city is easy to plan.
Intercity runs from the airport area
A few reference distances for trips that begin at a Pearson-area hotel:
- Kitchener-Waterloo. About 95 km from Pearson by the 401, one hour to an hour and a quarter; see Pearson to Kitchener-Waterloo.
- Niagara Falls. About 130 km along the QEW, 80 to 100 minutes: Toronto to Niagara Falls.
- Ottawa. About 450 km, 4.5 to 5 hours; see Toronto to Ottawa.
All intercity trips are quoted in the booker, and cross-border trips need valid travel documents; border wait time is part of the trip.
Early starts: planning the 5 a.m. departure
Most executive stays at an airport hotel end early. The mistake we see is planning backwards from the flight time instead of from the check-in deadline. Work it out in this order:
- Take your airline's check-in and bag-drop deadline for the terminal you are using.
- Subtract the drive from Dixon Road, about six minutes in free-flow traffic and up to twenty at a busy hour.
- Subtract time for the kerb, bags and the walk to the counter.
- Add a margin you are comfortable with, and tell the booker the pickup time that results.
On the airport side, Pearson allows only brief stops at the departures curb and does not allow waiting there, so your chauffeur arrives, unloads and moves on. Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 are separate drop-offs; the free Terminal Link train connects them if you need to change, but a connection with bags is better avoided at that hour. The airport describes the train on its Terminal Link page.
What a good brief to the booker contains
A booking is easier to deliver when the first message holds everything the dispatcher needs. For a corporate or executive stay, include:
- the hotel name and the name the guest is registered under;
- the flight number, or the finish time of the last meeting;
- the number of passengers, large bags and carry-ons, and any garment or equipment cases;
- accessibility needs and child seats;
- the next address after each stop on an hourly day;
- the contact for changes on the day, ideally the assistant rather than the traveller.
That one paragraph removes most of the calls that happen at 6 a.m. For multi-leg itineraries, the travel desk can help.
Vehicles for a Westin stay
We match the vehicle to the party:
- Executive Sedan: three passengers, with two large and two carry-on bags.
- Luxury SUV: up to 6 passengers, 5 to 6 large bags.
- Executive Sprinter: 12 to 14 passengers, 12 or more bags.
- Stretch limousine: 8 to 10 passengers, hourly.
- Mini-coach or party bus: 20 to 30 passengers, hourly.
For stretch limousines, party buses and coaches, availability and the exact vehicle are confirmed at booking. See the fleet page. Child, toddler and booster seats are provided when requested at booking, and our car seat page explains the options.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a limo service for The Westin Toronto Airport?
Yes. TorontoBlackLimousine.net dispatches licensed, insured chauffeurs from Toronto to the hotel on Dixon Road for airport pickups, downtown evenings and hourly days. Your chauffeur names the exact door on the day, and a fixed fare is shown before you pay.
Was The Westin Toronto Airport previously called Bristol Place?
Easton's Group's 2017 announcement describes the property as the former Bristol Place Hotel, renovated and unveiled as The Westin Toronto Airport. If an older booking or map says Bristol Place, it refers to the same address, 950 Dixon Road in Etobicoke.
How far is The Westin from Pearson?
About 4 km, roughly six minutes in free-flow traffic. At peak hours allow 10 to 20 minutes. Mention Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 when you book.
How long does it take to drive from the hotel to downtown?
About 25 km to Union Station and Bay Street. That is around 25 minutes in free-flow traffic and 40 to 60 minutes in rush hour. The booker shows the exact fare with no meter and no surge.
Does the hotel have an airport shuttle?
Pearson's shuttle page lists The Westin Toronto Airport among the hotels with shuttle service, with pickup at Door E in Terminal 1 and Doors B and G in Terminal 3. Ask the hotel for current times and terms. Choose a private car when you want a tracked flight or a stop elsewhere first.
How long will my chauffeur wait if my flight is late?
We track the flight, so a late landing moves the pickup. Waiting after landing is included: 60 minutes after an international landing and 30 minutes after a domestic one. A name-board meet-and-greet in arrivals can be added at booking.
Can I book a chauffeur by the hour for a day of meetings?
Yes. Hourly chauffeur days suit multi-stop schedules between Bay Street and the 905. Enter the stops and the finish time in the booker, and it shows a fixed fare before you pay.
What is the best way to get from Pearson to Union Station?
The UP Express takes about 28 minutes and suits a single traveller with light luggage; the TTC's 900 Airport Express plus the subway is the slower, lower-cost route. A fixed-fare black car is easiest for groups, luggage or fixed meeting times.
