Frequently asked questions
How much does a limo cost in Toronto?
We don't publish a price list. The booker prices your exact pickup and drop-off, the date and time, and the vehicle class, then shows the all-in fare before you confirm. Enter your trip on the booking page to see it in seconds.
Is the fare fixed?
Yes. The fare on your confirmation is fixed for the route, date, time and vehicle booked. Extra stops, route changes requested during the trip and waiting beyond the included allowance are added as described in our terms.
How does an airport pickup work?
Add your flight number when you book. The flight is tracked and the pickup moves with the actual landing time. Free waiting starts after landing: 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic. The meeting point for your terminal is in the confirmation. Can you meet me inside the arrivals hall?
Yes. A name-board meet-and-greet inside arrivals can be added at booking. It is useful for first-time visitors, families with young children and travellers with a lot of luggage. See meet and greet.
Which vehicle do I need?
Count the large bags first. An executive sedan takes up to three passengers with two large and two carry-on bags. A luxury SUV takes up to six with five or six large bags. An executive Sprinter takes 12 to 14 passengers with luggage. Compare them on the fleet page.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are fitted when requested at booking. Give the child's age and weight so the right seat is installed. See car service with a car seat.
Do you go outside Toronto?
Yes. We cover the GTA, the rest of Ontario and Québec, with intercity trips such as Toronto to Montréal and Toronto to Ottawa, and the Buffalo, Detroit and Plattsburgh airports across the border.
What do I need for a cross-border trip?
Every passenger needs valid travel documents for entry to the United States and for the return to Canada. Border wait time is part of the trip. See the cross-border limo page and the official Government of Canada travel advice before you go.
Is alcohol allowed in the limousine?
Alcohol rules follow Ontario and Québec law and are confirmed at booking. Prom and graduation trips are strictly alcohol-free.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 72 hours' notice: no charge. 72 hours or less: 10%. 48 hours or less: 50%. 24 hours or less, or a no-show: 100%. All measured from the scheduled pickup time.
Do you serve customers in French?
Yes. Québec trips are served in English and French, and the main Québec pages are published in French.
