How do I book a limo service in Markham?

Markham is a long city. It stretches from Steeles Avenue at the Toronto boundary up past Major Mackenzie Drive and on toward Stouffville, so a pickup at Pacific Mall and a pickup at Angus Glen are about 11 km apart before you even leave town. That is why we ask for the exact address and not a neighbourhood name. Two addresses in "Markham" can mean two different drives to the same airport.

Markham to Pearson: planning the long airport run

Markham is among the farthest GTA cities from Toronto Pearson. Pacific Mall to Pearson is about 42–45 km, usually 40–65 minutes. Unionville is about 48–50 km, usually 45–70 minutes. Flato Markham Theatre is about 45–47 km, usually 45–70 minutes. Angus Glen is about 50 km. The route is a choice between Highway 404 and the 401 across the top of Toronto, or Highway 407 across the north, and the best option changes by the hour.

For a 6 a.m. flight from Pearson, a pickup in Unionville at around 3:15 a.m. is realistic, which is why we suggest putting the airport time in the booker and working backward. For an arrival, we track the flight, and international arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, while domestic arrivals include 30. Pacific Mall, Unionville and the Markham dining circuit

Destination Ontario describes Pacific Mall on Steeles Avenue East as a draw for its Asian shops and restaurants, and it calls Historic Unionville a hamlet inside Markham whose Main Street is lined with independent shops, cafés and restaurants. Both appear on the province's Markham and Unionville page, which also lists the Varley Art Gallery, the Markham Museum, a public golf course, and the green spaces at Milne Dam and Toogood Pond.

Those are good evening trips for a chauffeur: you arrive at the door, the car waits or returns at the hour you agreed, and nobody circles a full parking lot on a Saturday. The City of Markham's official site lists the Flato Markham Theatre, Markham Pan Am Centre, Varley Art Gallery and Markham Museum among its venues, with an events calendar for concerts, talks and community programs. The theatre is at 171 Town Centre Boulevard, in the middle of Markham Centre.

For a show, ask for a pickup that leaves time for the lobby to empty. After a concert, the theatre district can hold cars for a long time, and the chauffeur will usually wait at a pre-agreed spot a short walk from the doors. Flato to Union Station is about 32 km, usually 30–55 minutes, so a theatre night with a car home is a comfortable evening instead of a transit puzzle after 11 p.m.

Markham Fair and the fairgrounds

Markham Fair is held on the fairgrounds in early October. The fair's own site lists October 1 to 4 for 2026, with rides and games, concerts, livestock shows, equestrian events and contests, and notes that pets are not allowed except service dogs. Fair weekends mean heavy traffic and tight parking around the grounds. For a corporate golf day, a Sprinter or a mini-coach carries a team from a downtown hotel or head office to the first tee and back. Union Station to Angus Glen is about 35 km, usually 35–60 minutes. Markham weddings: more than one tradition, more than one venue

Many Markham weddings blend traditions: a Chinese tea ceremony in the morning at a family home, a ceremony at a church or temple, a banquet in the evening, and photographs at a heritage street or a golf course between them. Chinese, Tamil, Gujarati, Punjabi, Filipino and Italian families all use the same roads, and the schedule matters more than the vehicle.

From Markham to Union Station and the Entertainment District is about 26–32 km, usually 30–60 minutes at night. A party bus carries 20–30 on an hourly booking; a stretch limousine takes 8–10. Both are confirmed at booking. Proms and graduations are alcohol-free without exception.

Public transport from Markham to Pearson is a two-stage journey. GO Transit serves Markham and Unionville stations toward Union Station, and the UP Express runs from Union to Pearson in 28 minutes.
