Travel Desk

What the travel desk is

TorontoBlackLimousine.net books the chauffeured part of a journey: the airport and station transfers, the intercity drive and the hourly car for the days in between. For the rest of the itinerary, from the flight and the hotel to resorts, tours, combined flight-and-hotel deals and rental cars, we work with the travel partner BookingWorldwide.net. The search box above passes what you enter to that partner’s engine, where those bookings are paid for and confirmed.

How to use it

1. Pick what you need: a hotel, a flight, a resort, a tour, a package or a rental car.
2. Add the destination and dates. Well-known destinations for hotels and packages jump straight to a page of their own.
3. Finish on BookingWorldwide.net. The partner site opens in a separate tab, so you do not lose this one.
4. Add the car. Use the Chauffeur tab, or the online booker, for the transfer from Pearson, Billy Bishop, Montréal-Trudeau or Union Station to the hotel.

Who is responsible for what

Transfers booked on TorontoBlackLimousine.net are covered by our terms and cancellation policy. Anything bought on BookingWorldwide.net, such as an airline ticket or a hotel room, follows that site’s conditions and the airline’s or hotel’s own rules on changes and refunds, and those are displayed before payment.
